FRIM reopens KBG, Taman Warisan tomorrow
30 June 2020 (Tuesday) – The Kepong Botanic Gardens (KBG) and Taman Warisan FRIM will reopen tomorrow (1 July) and joggers are reminded to comply with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
The operating hours for KBG has been revised to 7.30-11.00 am and 3.00-6.00 pm daily while Taman Warisan FRIM will be open from 7.00am to 6.00pm (last entry: 30 minutes before closing time). The FRIM main campus in Kepong will remain closed until the end of the year.

Visitors to KBG and Taman Warisan FRIM must abide by the following rules:
- Number of joggers at any one time: KBG (maximum 300 people); Taman Warisan (unlimited);
- Areas allowed: Only on paved roads and jogging tracks; and
- Group activity such as taichi, zumba are not allowed nor the of use the rest huts and parcourse facilities.
All visitors are required to follow the instruction of FRIM security personals as well as comply with procedures imposed by the government, such as check-in with MySejahtera application and record body temperature not exceeding 37.5ºC. Those with chronic illness, senior citizens and children are discouraged from entering. Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
